Saved a LinkedIn Post, Now What?

I built a tool to turn that untouched storage unit of knowledge into an easy-to-reference library you can easily tag, categorize, and pull up at the right time

I have so many great posts that I have saved from others on Linkedin.

But they're all stuck behind this UI and hard to expand them all. I end up liking or saving a post and really never revisiting it. Which is a waste. I asked myself

what are some cool things I can do with these posts?

And here’s what I came up with

Step 1 → LinkedIn Data Export

LinkedIn actually lets you download all your data, and that includes a record of saved items.

How:

  1. Go to LinkedIn Data Export.

  2. Click “Download your data.”

  3. Choose “The works” → Request archive.

  4. You’ll get an email within 10–15 minutes with a ZIP file.

  5. Inside that ZIP, look for;

Saved posts.csv

It usually includes:

  • Post title or snippet

  • Author name

  • URL

  • Date saved

Step 2 → Upload list to here & turn that zip into a libary

LinkedIn Saved Posts → Swipe Deck

LinkedIn Saved Posts → Swipe Deck

Upload CSV/JSON Load Demo All authors All tags Shuffle 20 Review Mode Export JSON
Help Clear Data

Step 3 → Make the library

I chose to see each post as a card view. And added fields like:

  • “Why I saved this”

  • “How I can use this idea”

  • “Hook formula / Framework”
