How to Use the Dozzle System (and Actually Enjoy It)

The 30-Second Turf Ritual That Changed Everything

We didn’t design Dozzle to be a chore. We designed it to be something you’d actually use. Like brushing your teeth. Or spraying sunscreen on your squirmy toddler. Or foaming your dog pee turf before guests arrive. You know, the usual.

Using the Dozzle System takes about 30 seconds and is weirdly satisfying. Here's how to do it right.

What’s in the Box (and What It Does)

When you order the Dozzle System, you get:

  • Poozooka – our hose-free rechargeable sprayer that turns liquid into turf-clinging foam.

  • FoamZyme – our natural enzyme-powered cleaner made with just three ingredients: water, coco betaine (a coconut-based foaming agent), and our custom enzyme blend.

Together, they do what no hose sprayer ever could—stick to turf long enough to actually break down odors at the source.

Step-by-Step: How to Use the Dozzle System

1. Fill the Tank

  • Add 6 oz of FoamZyme into the Poozooka tank.

  • Fill the rest with clean water—but stop before the Max Fill Line.

Pro Tip: The empty space above the liquid is where the pressure builds, which gives you that perfect foam texture.

2. Charge It Up

  • Make sure your Poozooka is charged. (Micro USB port, full charge in ~1 hour.)

  • Flip the switch on.

3. Foam the Pee Zones

  • Aim and pull the trigger.

  • Foam will start as a dribble for 2–3 seconds, then build to full spray pressure.

  • Cover your dog’s favorite turf zones in a nice even layer of foam.

You’ll know it’s working when your turf looks like a latte. A very clean-smelling, enzyme-powered latte.

4. Let It Sit and Do Its Thing

  • Foam stays active for up to 15 minutes.

  • It dissolves on its own—no rinse needed.

5. Walk Away Like a Hero

  • Go walk Mozzarella. Make coffee. Come back to clean, odor-free turf.

What to Expect the First Time

You might notice a bit of dribble at the start. Totally normal.

The pressure system in the Poozooka builds gradually, especially when the tank is full. After a couple seconds, the foam hits its stride.

Just remember: you’re not spraying to mask odors. You’re giving enzymes the time and surface area to destroy them.

How Often Should You Use It?

Every dog is different, but we recommend:

  • Daily (once in the morning is great)

  • After long potty breaks or heavy play sessions

  • Before guests or backyard hangs

  • Any time the turf starts to smell off

This isn’t a “when it gets bad” fix. It’s a daily dog ritual that keeps things from getting bad in the first place. We’re working on a poop bag attachment that connects to the Poozooka. So you can have your poop bag & sprayer all in one neat little kit.

Rinse? Or Let It Ride?

We designed FoamZyme to dissolve on its own.

If you’re in a rush and want to rinse it, go for it—just wait at least 10–15 minutes to let the enzymes work their magic.

But in most cases? Spray, walk away.

Mozzarella’s Morning Routine

People ask if Mozzarella actually uses it. She doesn’t spray it herself (yet), but she’s the reason we built this whole thing.

Here’s what we do every morning:

  1. Let Mozzarella out to pee

  2. Follow up with a quick Poozooka spray over her usual zones

  3. Walk her around the block while the foam works

  4. Come home to a fresh turf patch ready for the day

It takes 30 seconds. Saves hours of stink stress.

Why This Works Better Than a Hose (or Anything Else)

  • No water waste – you’re not soaking the whole yard

  • No bulky setup – just grab and go

  • No harsh chemicals – safe for paws, kids, and plants

  • No guessing – the foam shows you exactly where you sprayed

Still Not Sure?

Check the reviews. People rave about the foam. The scent (or lack of one). The speed. The feeling of “finally.”

It’s not magic. It’s just a better system.

And it was built for turf. For real dogs. For real life.

Mozzarella approves.

Cheers,

Nick & Mozzarella
